Home Extention from Mikano
The client commissioned Mikano to design and build an extension that was in keeping with the original property. That could be installed and completed in the minimum amount of time.
The home to which the extension is to be attached is of architectural interest, and although the client had considered using an architect for the project but Mikano were able to offer a design led turn key package to deliver the solution within budget to the client - starting with initial hand rendered drafts through to full engineered designs.
A load bearing composite panel building solution is to be used on this project.
The building will feature a terracotta façade to tie in with the existing building.
