Designed by Barton Myers Associates, Inc, This Contemporary house is built surrounding an internal courtyard, the design, simply dubbed “House in West Los Angeles” is anything but simple, described by the architects as an “elegant warehouse” of steel, enclosed in glazed garage-style doors with various exposed industrial elements adding a cool, contemporary edge to the concept of Home.” The 3,000-sq.-ft. main house, a 500-sq.-ft. garage and a 700-sq.-ft. guest house are centered abound an inner outdoor area, bathed in sunlight and with a lap pool and a covered patio.
