Pearl Beach House Sydney by Tonkin Zulaikha Greer Architects

Designed by Tonkin Zulaikha Greer for informal living, This Pearl beach house is located on the southern peninsula of Pearl Beach, North of Sydney, and enjoys sweeping views of the beach through a stand of eucalyptus trees.

The house has been designed as a comfortable retreat for a family that will eventually spend more time away from their house in the city. Formed as two adjoining gabled pavilions, the building sits firmly on a solid brick base with a lighter timber and glass structure above. The interior has a flow of space from the upper level entrance to the ground level, where the living rooms open to the view and the sun.
