A Modern Concrete Homes Design by A-cero Architect

It’s always been an exciting experience witnessing the sensual and beautiful architecture design by A-cero. It’s also a pleasure enjoying their minimalist modern interior design which seems so sensual and space saving. Modern and minimalist with clean lines and perfect volumes seems to be the trademark made by A-cero, just like this modern minimalist house which occupies at 1,500 meters square.

It’s not just the house exterior which stands out at first sight. The great simplicity of minimalist modern home design is just a beautiful perfection to anyone who is seeing this house. A great house plan I must admit. You will notice the huge windows which have been included in the façade in order to enjoy the pleasant surrounding views of the house.

The first level at this home, where the pedestrian access can be found is occupying the area perimeter of 653m2. At this floor the areas are distributed in three parts: a familiar area consisting of lounge, dining room, kitchen, office and a living room for the children, second part is the private part where there are four bedrooms, with its proper baths and dressing-rooms, and thirdly is a free time and relaxation area which is widely open towards exterior and the swimming pool throw a wide porch.

The modern interior spaces here are carefully thought and measured until each inches and millimeters. All details from the wall, corner are also being studied to give a perfect natural cozy atmosphere without having you to feel strange upon entering the house and catch the homey feeling.

In the ground floor you will get your own perfect private gymnasium, a wine vault, cleaning rooms and the area for service and house’s facilities.
