This minor operation for a young advertising agency is based on the requirement for a flexible space, expandable, adaptable to their multiple tasks and changing needs, with the condition have a low budget as the biggest investment the company should be in specialized equipment, should be equally important to give the agency a strong and fresh image for their first formal office.

Adrian Moreno and Maria Samaniego form Arquitecturax responded by removing all the dull finish that was provided the office floor of a building type, leaving all the installations and the structure of steel and concrete exposed for a flexible container and oil, where to insert pieces of furniture or small containers of activities that could change over time. The furnishing is connected to the many facilities above and is made of plywood and finished in maple floating floor, used for all surfaces (floors, walls and ceilings), achieving low cost and ease of installation and modification.
