Designed by Public Architecture, The Falcon residence is a hillside residence located in South Mission Hills. The residence is 1745 square feet in size with kitchen, dining and living combined in one space.
Sited overlooking Raynard Hills, the house was designed to have an urban industrial loft-like feeling. The living space with its expansive glass walls offers views of both Bankers Hill and Downtown San Diego. Use of materials includes cast-in-place concrete, cedar cladding and steel.”

XTEN Architecture has projected this Openhouse design that is located in Hollywood Hills, California. A challenging and dramatic site that led to the creation of a house both integrated into the landscape and open to the city below. Retaining walls are configured to extend the first level living area into the landscape and to create garden terraces on the second level. The front, side and rear facades of the house slide away, opening the interiors to gardens, views and the hillside landscape.
