Greg La Vardera of LaMiDesign and Northern Steel International have teamed to design and build the 6040 House, a pre-engineered, modern steel home. The 3,065 sf, 2-story home is designed to be built within the standard framework of a 60′ by 40′ pre-engineered steel building, hence the name. But as the 6040 floor plans show, it is also designed to provide a feeling of loft-like space and light.
